Tasting Notes: Hazy gold color like blurred holiday lights with a good sized snow cap on the head. Tastes like lemon meringue pie with mimosas, with an alcohol warmth of a barren champagne.
Food: Coconut meringues or a pina colada pie.
Notes: Would look beautiful in a champagne coupe. This beer screams, ‘celebrate’, like the relatives at a wedding. At $20 for a 750 it is best kept for celebrations as well.
